We purchased this plan at the end of our 2yr. manufacture's warranty. This has already paid for itself. In May of 2019, our grey tank had an issue with the slip fitting coming loose which dropped the tank down and was leaking grey water everywhere. We took it into the service center and they contacted Good Sam Claims. Good Sam ESP paid and said all I needed to do was pay the $200 deductible. This plan is WELL worth the money. We will renew this year.

We are very pleased with our decision [to purchase a Good Sam’s Extended Warranty]. Good Sam ESP is renewable annually for up to 150,000 miles and is reasonable. This past year we had two claims that more than made up for the monthly premium. I would highly recommend the Good Sam ESP for anyone in our situation. (We're full timers with a 2004 Itasca Suncruiser and will have been on the road for 4 years in April).

I had some work done at a Service Center that was not familiar with Good Sam Extended Service Plan. Apparently the (Service Center) had some bad experience with the paperwork processing time (with another) extended warranty-type plan. So they wanted to charge an additional hour of labor! Then I asked, "What if it doesn't take an hour? The Service Center said they would not charge a fee. The Service Center was amazed at how quickly Good Sam Extended Service Plan took care of business - less than 10 minutes! They were astonished! Needless to say, I was not charged the additional (hour) and I just renewed my Good Sam Extended Service Plan policy.
We have just had our 2nd experience with making a claim under our Good Sam ESP RV Warranty and I am so impressed and relieved to know that our choice in selecting Good Sam was a solid one. But even more important than the financial benefits, (2 claims and it’s paid for itself) I no longer am stressing over denied claims. With our Good Sam coverage, I can rest well knowing that we are in good hands and have protection as well as enjoy a stress free existence when the inevitable RV repair needs arise.
